Scope
We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities in this website (ftstech.ai), the customer portal (app.ftstech.ai), the demo environment (demo.ftstech.ai) and the Claridis appliance software. Out of scope: denial-of-service testing, social engineering of our staff, physical access, and the services of our providers (report those to the provider).
How to report
Email support@ftstech.ai with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it and the address or version affected. Do not include personal information beyond what the report needs.
What we ask of you
- Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before you tell anyone else.
- Do not access, change or keep data that is not yours beyond what proves the issue, and stop and tell us if you reach personal information.
- Do not degrade our services or anyone else’s.
What we commit to
- We acknowledge your report within 3 business days and keep you informed until it is fixed.
- Fixes to Claridis reach customers as signed offline updates.
- With your permission, we credit you when the fix is published.
